I usually spend my Sunday with friends or with family when I go home. And it’s always that we stroll around places or do something else that would obviously make it a blast! But today is different, I watched three full movies:
Oh, George Clooney’s still a win! He played an end-all, be-all character and it’s just amazing how he handled the team. Brad Pitt is a second rate to Clooney, but of course. Matt Damon had a funny role and even Julia Roberts had to “disguise” as Julia Roberts.. with the special appearance of Bruce Willis! What can I say? AMAZING.
Al Pacino and Robert de Niro have aged. Yes. Although the character portrayal would have been much adrenaline-consuming if they were done by Brad Pitt and his gneeration. Nevertheless, I got heated up!
All praises to Kathryn Bigelow for the wonderful direction of this American war film about a United States Army Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) team that’s composed of three strong men. I especially idolize the role of the main protagonist. I know how it is when living/working away from the family, or do I really? I mean, he’s a suicide bomber and I’m not. The level is not that intense but definitely we share the same feeling of longingness.
